We ship worldwide. The shipping cost to your country will be applied after you have placed your order, if you require will we obtain your confirmation of this cost prior to processing payment.

| Delivery Schedule |
| Delivery is included with purchases in the
UK (second class), and is despatched within 48-72 hours. We offer
a next day delivery service, or 1st class post (this is not
next guaranteed next day).
All our yarns are freshly waxed before despatch and checked
for weight etc. They are wound to guaranteed weight, but all
natural fibres tend to be heavier in damp conditions and light
in when very dry. Please bear this in mind when making your
order. |

| Washing Instructions |
| These are shown on individual shade cards,
and also on conebands, however we always recommend either hand-wash
or gentle machine wash. Please note that many modern washing powders
contain brightening agents, which when not rinsed thoroughly and
exposed to strong light can discolour the garments. |

| For orders made from the UK or the European
Union, 17.5% VAT is added. |

| All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted
